5 Day Castle Tour

Upon arriving at the airport you will be picked up and transferred to Bushpig Safari lodge where we will spend our first night.

We then enjoy a personalised game drive by the owner where we will experience Rhino as close as an arms length from the game drive vehicle and also get so close to the buffalo that you can see the courage and confidence in their eyes.After the game drive we then sit down and enjoy a magnificent camp fire before feasting on a meal to satisfy everyone’s pallet.

After completing a healthy breakfast we depart Bushpig Safaris heading to the KNP(Kruger National Park) at Malelane gate which is at the southern point of the KNP.

Searching for the big five, we head north towards Skukuza where we will stop for lunch and perhaps partake in their famous buffalo pies!

From Skukuza we then head towards the east nearing the Kruger gate leaving the KNP.

From there we go to Hazyview where there is an abundance of attractions which includes the coffee farm that offers a fantastic tour explaining the process of coffee making and of course tasting the rich flavours of the final product.

From there we will proceed to the elephant sanctuary where we will witness elephants been taken care of and we will have interaction with them. They offer hands on education and provide information on training methods.

From there we will proceed to our luxury accommodation where they offer a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Here we will enjoy the beautiful rain forest like view and enjoy a beverage of your choice before enjoying a cuisine that will make your mouth water for more.

Once completing breakfast we will head east towards Sabie, this route offers picturesque views of a lush green countryside that will leave you in awe.

Sabie area has wonderful attractions that include the Lone Creek falls and Mac Mac pools and various other beautiful waterfalls that is something out of a story book.

After having lunch in Sabie, we head towards Graskop where the CASTLE is where we will be spending two nights. The Castle is a historic well known land mark in the area and offers so much history. There will be a tour of the Castle after settling in your room before we dine in the restaurant that offers some of the best cuisine and dinning in the country.

On our last day we enjoy a delicious breakfast to start the day. From the Castle we then proceed towards more fantastic attractions in the area. Gods Window and the Pinnacle and the Bourke’s Luck Potholes will be our three main points of interest for the day, they offer a jaw dropping view and there will be opportunity to take the most beautiful photos you have ever seen.

For lunch we will be heading to Potluck kombuis (kitchen) which is set next to a river and enjoying lunch in the most natural setting possible where there is no electricity and everything is prepared and cooked on an open fire. This is where you truly find yourself one with nature and the feeling of tranquillity will overcome you.

From there we complete our last tourist attraction before heading back to the Castle and enjoy the late afternoon in the garden of the Castle offering a romantic walk while enjoying a beverage of your choice.

Finally the last supper that offers a spectacular cuisine and tantalising tastes that you will never forget.

After a scrumptious breakfast we head back to Nelspruit which culminates our adventure.
